By accessing Ezi Market you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Provide accurate information.
• One account per person.
• Keep your credentials confidential.

3. Listing rules

• List only items you legally own.
• Use authentic photos.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated.
• Comply with all applicable consumer-protection laws.

4. Prohibited items

Weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, tobacco/cannabis to minors, and other items restricted under Canadian law are forbidden.

5. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for collecting and remitting GST/HST/PST/QST where applicable.

6. Limitation of liability

Ezi Market is a marketplace and is not party to any transaction between users. The platform is provided "as is".
